Dr. Laura Foley is a licensed physical therapist, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). Since 2009, she has provided compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with complex musculoskeletal and oncology rehabilitation needs. With extensive experience across age groups and diagnoses, Laura is dedicated to helping each patient achieve their goals and return to the activities that matter most.

Laura has a special clinical focus in oncology rehabilitation, particularly in treating breast cancer survivors experiencing lymphedema, post-radiation fibrosis, post-mastectomy pain syndrome, and other cancer-related impairments. She also has deep expertise in managing persistent pain and sports injuries—from weekend warriors to elite athletes—supporting recovery from issues like knee replacements, hamstring strains, and overuse injuries.

An advocate for education and interdisciplinary learning, Laura has guest lectured for physical therapy and physical therapist assistant programs, rehabilitation professionals, and medical students at Harvard Medical School. She has been nominated for multiple healthcare excellence awards, including The Schwartz Center Award for Compassionate Healthcare, recognizing her commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care.
